Criteria for Reduction in Level of Supervision While on Probation and Discharge from Probation

Requests may be made for publicly accessible Compiled and Aggregate Data pursuant to Chief Justice Directive 05-01 (CJD 05-01). Please review CJD 05-01 in its entirety. Specifically, Section 4.40 outlines what needs to be included in your request, as well as what type of data may be released. After review, please complete an Addendum A and email the formal request directly to ProbationDataRequests@judicial.state.co.us Be aware, there may be costs associated with a data request.
