11/7/24 - UPDATE #2 Notice of Closures and Delayed Starts
Due to inclement weather and road conditions, some Combined Courts and Probation Offices will be closed, on a delayed start or have alternative arrangements on Thursday, Nov. 7. We will update as additional information becomes available.
Closed
- Elbert County Combined Courts and Probation Office
- Mineral County Combined Courts and Probation Offices. Assistance available at any other location in the district.
- 16th Judicial District Trial Courts and Probation Offices (Otero, Bent and Crowley counties)
- Lincoln County Combined Courts and Probation Office
- Yuma County Courthouse and Probation Office
- Washington County Probation Office
Operating remotely
- Teller Combined Courthouse will operate virtually only. There will not be any any-person court hearings. All scheduled court hearings will be held virtually at: Livestream and Virtual Courtrooms | Colorado Judicial Branch.
Delayed start
- Douglas County Combined Courts: Two-hour delay (Note that Douglas County Government will reconvene at noon today to monitor road and weather conditions, and to discuss incoming weather for overnight and Friday.)
- 15th Judicial District Trial Courts and Probation Offices (Baca, Cheyenne, Kiowa and Prowers counties) will open at 10 a.m.
- Conejos, Costilla, Rio Grande and Saguache Combined Courts and Probation Offices will open at 10 am. Assistance available at any other location in the district.
