Kathryn Goldstein was appointed to her position as magistrate in October 2022. Magistrate Goldstein received her undergraduate degree from Emory University and her juris doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law. She worked as a deputy state public defender in Greeley for five years before going into private practice at Martin and Reed, LLC and was an associate attorney and guardian ad litem for Office of the Child's Representative. Magistrate Goldstein has a mixed docket and currently oversees our first appearance center in Division A, and handles uncontested domestic relations matters and bond hearings in Division D.
