Randall Lococo was appointed to his position in October 2009.
Prior to joining the bench, Randall was in private practice for 15 years serving juvenile and adult clients in delinquency, criminal, child abuse and neglect, and family law cases. Magistrate Lococo is certified as a Child Welfare Law Specialist by the National Association of Counsel for Children. This certification signifies an enhanced level of knowledge, skill, and experience in juvenile law. Randall also is a trained mediator. He was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 1994 after practicing a short time in California. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration in 1988 from Loyola Marymount University and his law degree in 1991 from the University of San Diego.
Magistrate Lococo currently presides over juvenile delinquency and truancy matters in Division 14.
