Other Information
The Court will accept electronic filings from attorneys and pro se parties only through CCE for case types in the CCE system. In cases that are not subject to electronic filing, attorneys and pro se parties may email pleadings to the appropriate county email address or deliver via U.S. Postal Service for filing. The clerks shall notify filing parties to make the necessary corrections to any incorrect or incomplete forms or exhibits filed electronically or by mail, and may ask them to file in-person if necessary. Audio or video exhibits will not be accepted via email.
