Notice of Closure of Conejos County Courthouse

Other Counties in the 5th Judicial District

General Information

If you wish to appear virtually before Judge Scott in County Court, you or your attorney must file a motion in advance of your scheduled court date

Traffic arraignment dockets can be of large volume. As so many people prefer to speak with the District Attorney first, it may take a couple of hours before your case can be heard by the Judge or handled by the Clerks. Please plan accordingly.

Any fines assessed will be due at the time of sentencing.
