Warrant Forgiveness Day - hosted at the Mesa County Justice Center on Saturday, October 18th, 2025. 
Doors are open from 12pm-3pm.

To see if you may qualify to resolve your warrant without arrest on October 18th,
email the Public Defender's Office at junction@coloradodefenders.us

Eligible Offenses: Felony 5s, Felony 6s, Drug Felony 4s, Misdemeanors, Petty Offenses, Traffic Offenses, Any Probation Violation Warrant from the other listed categories.
Ineligible Offenses: Domestic Violence Cases, Any Victim's Rights Cases (VRA), Municipal Court Charges, Out-of-County Warrants, Sex Offenses, Other Felony Cases not listed above.

State Probation and Criminal Justice Services will be onsite for resource navigation.
No arrests will be made at the justice center on 10/18/25 for your appearance.

Self-Represented Litigants in Domestic Relations and Eviction Cases: Self-represented litigants, parties without attorneys, may utilize electronic filing. Click Here to view E-Filing for Non-Attorneys page for information. Only named parties to a case are eligible to e-file their pleadings.

PLEASE NOTE: Requests to waive fees cannot be made through the e-file system at this time, indigent parties will need to continue filing paper documents at the clerk's office in the courthouse.

The 21st Judicial District is continuing to offer the option for parties to file documents via email.

Domestic Relations case filings will not be accepted in this email box.

Guidelines for Pro-Se e-mailed documents:

  • Document must be legible and complete
  • Document must be signed
  • Document must have case number (if filing into an existing case)
  • Document should be PDF or Word format – no photos of documents
  • ID included where required

Documents that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected

Do not send JPG files, photos or screen shots as this will be rejected.

Document is not considered “filed” until you receive a response stating it has been sent to the data entry desk.  At this point you may be contacted to correct your submission or the document will be processed accordingly.
