Summary of Job Classification:
The ITS Training Specialist is responsible for providing expert-level technical training programs and help Judicial employees develop technology skills. Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering high-quality complex topics in a simplified, clear manner to meet the organization's needs and provide overall support. Contributes system knowledge and provides continuous feedback that will lead to the development of future enhanced training programs.

Education and Experience Equivalency:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Work Related Experience:
At least 4 years of work-related experience in instructional design or training developer.
Licenses and Certifications:
None.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate’s degree in instructional design, information technology, or related field.
OR
6 years of work-related experience in instructional design or training developer in an IT-related service.
Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally.
Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions and/or hazards.
