The permanent injunction hearing/trial on the merits in the matter of the State of Colorado v. Kroger, et al will be heard beginning on Monday, September 30, 2024 in Denver District Courtroom 414, Fourth Floor, City & County Building, 1437 Bannock Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202.   The physical courtroom will be open to the public each day shortly after 7:30 a.m.  The City & County Building opens at 7:30 a.m.    

 

The Court will break for lunch for one (1) hour each day.    The trial is scheduled to proceed until Friday, October 18, 2024, and then resume on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.   Court will not be in session on this matter on Monday, October 21, 2024, nor on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.

  

Closing arguments will be heard on Thursday, October 24, 2024, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

  

Proceedings will be broadcast to the general public via Colorado Court’s Livestreaming service.   Denver Courtroom 414 is accessible through this link when court is in session:   https://live.coloradojudicial.gov/

 

The Court’s Webex virtual courtroom will only be available to parties participating in hearings.
