Clerk's Office Room S101 & Self-Help Center S116: Close at 3:30 p.m. on the 3rd Wednesday of each month (2/19, 3/19, 4/16, 5/21, 6/18, 7/16, 8/20, 9/17, 10/15, 11/19, 12/17)

RULE 120s: Starting November 1st, 2024, the 4th Judicial District changed its process for Rule 120 Deed of Trust to the Public Trustee cases. They are no longer distributed equally among all civil divisions but are assigned to Division 9. District Judge Dennis McGuire has specifically requested the response deadline to include a scheduled hearing on the Division 9 docket, set on Fridays at 9am. To avoid numerous notices due to the holiday season and Judge McGuire’s schedule, please feel free to email D04_Courts_Div9@judicial.state.co.us to confirm dates, if needed. Otherwise, the division clerk will send an amended notice.

BONDED ADVISEMENTS: Starting on March 28, 2025, Bonded Advisements will be held in Division DST every Friday at 11:00 a.m.
